Morgan Fidelity Associates, Inc. is seeking full time enthusiastic sales people that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option. In this job you will:  

  • Match consumers’ needs to a variety of name brand insurance carrier’s products using a consumer-centric selling approach.

  • Participate in inbound call campaigns in order to service prospective clientele.

  • Maintain and Service your book of business efficiently.

  • Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.

  • Mutual of Omaha – London, England

  • IMO Trip – Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity

  • Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills

  • Valid Health insurance license or ability to obtain

  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience

  • Available to work full time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales, customer service or call center experience

  • Business development or Medicare/Life/Dental insurance sales experience preferred
